Lindsay is currently living in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo with Food for the Hungry, seeing how the stories of our beautiful brothers and sisters there can be given life and breath and voice through word and photography. She is learning about the complexities of lives within a country that has faced over a century of constant oppression, and is being consistently surprised by windows into redemption. Lindsay graduated from USC in 2005 and has spent the last two years between Washington DC, Uganda, Congo and California. She loves children, art, beauty, stillness, and Love - both the Giver and the giving.
