Much of Discover The Journey's efforts are currently being put into the production of the World Aware Video Series. World Aware is a series of short films we will be releasing on what children at-risk, and others experiencing injustice and suffering, are facing around the globe.

In the summer of 2007, a DTJ team went to Eastern and Central Africa and the Middle East through Burundi, Congo, Rwanda, Uganda, and Lebanon to gather footage for two forthcoming communiqué releases. We hope the World Aware series challenges and inspires people, and causes their hearts to beat for children at-risk around the world, and around their corner.

A trailer for our first release in the World Aware series, called Let.No.One.Be.Forgotten. which documents the story of two street children of opposing tribes living in post genocide Burundi, is slated to be posted to the site in January 2008.
